(Senior) Consultant Financial Services (m/f/d)

As an attractive Swiss management consulting and software company with offices in Germany and Portugal, we are a trusted partner for financial / public services. In Zurich we are looking for a skilled and ambitious personality as Senior Consultant Financial Services.


Your roles:

  • Turning strategies into measurable success: Development of target operating models, redesigning end-to-end processes, and creating digital roadmaps to operationalise business targets and growth strategies.
  • Project Portfolio Management: Supporting our customers in the financial sector in orchestrating digital initiatives and ambitions with focus on value/cost ratio.
  • Customer-centric concepts: Analysis, validation, and assessment of customer needs, creating targeted offers and strategy-driven technology use cases.
  • Leading role within customer projects, including stakeholder management, presentations, facilitating workshops or meetings on site (UK / Germany / Switzerland).


What we expect:

  • At least 2 years of professional work experience as a consultant in financial services transformation.
  • Good understanding of business models and processes in banking, credit or investments.
  • Experienced in defining growth strategies and operating model design for financial service firms.
  • Basic understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g. Basel 4) and previous experience in regulary-driven transformation projects preferred.
  • Very good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel and excellent moderation and communication skills.
  • High degree of personal responsibility, team spirit, and people skills.
  • Very good English skills and high willingness to travel (primarily UK and Europe).
