In our Porto office, we are looking for a Business Analyst / Quality Manager (m/f/d) for international banking clients.


The position

  • Business Analyst: Evaluate strategies and processes, define problem statements, derive business and engineer tech requirements – in alignment with project stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high quality software standards, perform manual and automated tests and track the implementation of requirements; strengthen our test team.
  • Agile Project Manager: Closely collaborate with our clients and internal development teams to design high-impact solutions and best-in-class processes that meet business objectives.


What we expect:

  • At least 3 years of relevant practical experience in the IT/Consulting environment.
  • Experience in the management of agile software projects and SCRUM processes.
  • Experience in a client-facing role, planning and facilitating workshops with business, architecture and tech stakeholders.
  • Profound understanding of data/software architecture and API strategies.
  • Familiarity with banking projects and IT landscapes, including core banking, workflow and case management systems.
  • Excellent English language skills.
